Do Regular Exercise for Health and Getting FitSummary Notes
I have not done much exercises for some years. I am keeping record of my progress so that I will create a positive habit of exercising, and I hope to feel better physically.
I am going to have 30 days challenge to begin with. Each day I am going to do some exercises and see how I feel.

I am feeling much better and stronger physically and mentally after the challenge.
My body is in a better shape though I am not visibly more muscular.
I will have a couple of days off and start another exercise challenge soon!

I increased my pushups to 40 at a time, it is hard but I can do it now.

It is getting easier, especially when I watch youtube or netflix on exercise bike, time flies quickly.

experiencing a bit of pain in my left wrist when I am doing the pushups.

Getting easy, still good exercise. I get sweaty after 30 mins on the exercise bike.

I was not feeling so well this evening but forced myself to do the below exercises as well.

Day 16 - Morning gym session before work:
20 push ups x 4, 15 situps x 3
Rowing 2km 10 mins
Shoulder bench lightest weight 10 x 4. Shoulder joints hurt with the bench. May try different machine next time.
My knees are hurting..from continuous running last 15 days, and I don't warm up.

Day 15 Half way through my 30 day challenge.
morning - 20 pushups x 4,
lunch time - 20 pushups x 3.
evening - lacked motivation. I was feeling down but forced myself to go to the gym. It was hard to run 20 mins when lacking motivation, but I did it. Swam 10 mins.
My knees and hips are hurting, maybe I need to do other exercises to rest my legs for a few days..
After the exercises, mentally I feel much better.

Day 14:
20 pushups x 3 in the morning.
In the evening, I run for 20 mins at speed of 10-13 kph. 20 pushups x 4, 15 sit-ups x 3.
Exhausted.

Day 13 - 30 mins of exercise bike at home. 20 pushups x 3 x 2 morning and evening.
It is hard to keep motivation up.

Day 12 - Exercise Bike at home for 30 mins. I pushed myself harder. Also, pushup 20 times x 3, and fake sit up 20 times x 3.

Day 11- I couldn't be bothered to go to the gym this evening, so I just did exercise bike at home for 30 mins. Plus, push ups 20 times x 3 sets.
It is getting easier, so maybe I need to do add more exercises.

I went to swim with my daughter earlier. It was nice.

Day 2 at the gym 30 mins of running and swimming in the evening. Already almost missed going. Body feels tired but good

I went to the gym in my late lunch break for the first time after more than one week. I just did 15 mins of running fast on a treadmill. I got tired but felt great afterwards.
