Easter Sunday Roast Chicken

Sunday Roast with Chicken
Ingredients:

Skin potatoes and cut them in chunks.
Boil potatoes first for a few minutes before roasting in an oven.

frozen rasberries
Jelly mix
hot water
Just mix them together and cover it up to cool down, and put it in the fridge over night.

I made green salad, and salmon asparagus roasts for lunch for my family and parents in-laws. Everybody liked it.
